Indians are famous for adopting things from the west , and this is one such adoption done right - the work culture. The moment you step into Freshdesk you feel like you are working in an American or European company. Such is the quality of workplace , perks provided by Freshdesk and the people you work with. No hierarchy , No one to boss you around , no timings , no dress code - just do the work and enjoy your life. Free food and free wifi - *sigh*.
Great work life balance , great learning opportunity and freedom of expression.
