Pros

I've been working at the Gasket Division for over 6 years. With any company you have your up and downs but for the most part FSNT is a great and stable place to work. I would highly recommend this company as a great place to work.

Cons

Benefits are a bit higher than one would like to pay. A little more flexibility on work life balance.

Pros

They pay is great The work is easy ( once you get the hang of it) The warehouse is CLEAN Safety is a company priority Freudenberg Overall Rating* Are you a current or former employee? Current Former Last Year at Employer* 2018 Employment Status* Full Time Review Title* Good Money- Easy Work- Politics Galore! Pros*ment is clean Safty is a company priority

Cons

Management is not on the same team as the hourly associates. Many of whom have been at the company for drastically shorter time period than their subordinates and have no interest in learning about the job from the subordinates. At the end of the day, it comes down to the bottom dollar for the least amount of work from the leadership staff. Leadership team is a clique. Inadequate training zero leniency in company policies abundance in mandatory overtime
