Friendship is a great community overall. HR process is amazing. Great incentives (competitive pay, growth potential, ect)

Cons

The current campus I’m assigned to demonstrates some leadership challenges in terms of lack of proper planning, and faculty support. I would have preferred being aware of this the leadership changes before accepting the offer, as I was a bit blindsided on the first day.
