      Pros

      I started at FPCS coming from another district. I came in so happy to work with a structured school. 3 years now I have grown into a better person professionally and personally. The administration supports me when I need it. I’m able to grow in multiple roles at the school.

      Cons

      The only con to the organization is that Special education teachers share classrooms with the general education teachers.
