Pros

Leadership at Frisbie Memorial Hospital knows how to ride the high seas of changing times. Very creative in their resolutions and initiatives. I found the hospital to be a great place to work and where people can really make personal contributions. There is a real team spirit at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Pros

Benefits are not bad. Nursing assistants work extremely hard, especially on night shift.

Cons

Small, community hospital with fewer resources available, especially during night shifts. On L&D floor, physicians are often unprofessional and condescending to all staff and constantly are talking about each other to nursing staff. Census has been declining.
