stable job with benefits $ you get pay increases every year. flexible schedule+pto plans. coworkers are nice and helpful. management is also some of the best that i've worked with.

Cons

Yearly raise will be at most 4% of current pay. They have started trying to micromanage. Dress code policies are out of date.
