The Facility does good job stressing the importance of advancing your nursing education.

Cons

There are no compromises in your work schedule to be able to attend the classess. A lot of nurses work nights so they can go to school early in the morning. If you are unable to maintain your work schedule then you must go part-time. After you have completed your degree, the facility does a poor job of helping nurses stay at the facility in a new capacity. If you want to be hired as a nurse and not advance your career, this is the place for you

Cons

Can be very top-down style of management, where administrative decisions must be run up the chain of command to people who are less knowledgeable about an issue. Politics plays a heavy role in decision-making.
