Pros

Good benefits. Froedtert tries hard, has good intentions. Flexible scheduling options. Froedtert saves a lot of lives,working there gives one a sense of doing good.

Cons

Issues not addressed. Certain employees not held to the high standards as others. Froedtert management seems to have "Changed", don't seem to care about loyal employees.

Pros

The 7/70 schedule is awesome...you can plan vacations years out if you want because you know every other week you have off. There is no mandatory overtime and you are pretty much garanteed a lunch most days because you have another shift covering for you. Many people who work at Froedtert are proud to work there...and it shows in their work and attitude big time.

Cons

I think the compensation is average or a slight bit below average other hospitals in the area.

Pros

Because you can learn a lot in the medical field and it is a teaching hospital.I have been here for about 3 years and i have meet a lot of positive people and just by watching them it makes me want to move further in my career.They encourage you to move on with your life i've had nurses and doctors be very encouraging so i've recently signed up for nursing school and i'm looking forward to starting very soon.I got my start in an nursing home then i moved on to doing home health but once i hit the hospital my whole life changed.

Cons

overall i haven't had any.
