I liked the clients and my coworkers. There’s a bonus you get when you’re hired and you also get bonuses based on productivity. Helped me confirm my love for the mental health field. Great vacation days and sick leave and the insurance is amazing

Cons

I burned out pretty bad based on case load sizes. While the clients are awesome I felt that the productivity push was too intense and it wasn’t organized very well. There’s no room for upward movement but honestly get a masters if that’s what you want to do. I don’t regret my work with them but I wouldn’t do it again. It’s great work experience
