      Professionals at SMH/Pioneer Behavioral Health are treated very poorly.

      Obtain experience rarely offered at other agencies.

      Cons

      Case managers are treated as though they are expendable. Management and supervisors seem to share the philosophy of 'weeding out' employees rather than any other type of leadership philosophy that might include educational models. The psychiatrists vary in their approach to the consumers.

      Benefits are good. PTO is good

      In the dept mgmt is not people sensitive. Heads down and work like robots. Not motivational. No leadership just dictatorship.
