The speed of expansion available capital for network improvements can be limited which is frustrating in a competitive environment.

Pros

Good pay, good vacation time, excellent benefits, and Company continues to grow. Management cares for employees wellbeing. Stocks are stable.

Cons

Very difficult to advance within this company. I have held the same position for 15 years and have had no opportunity to advance despite being a top performer.

Pros

Good people, most X - GTE people. Some benefits OK.

Cons

Don't want to spend money on needed areas so people can do their jobs! Management afraid of upper management of saying anything negative to get the job done. Holiday and sick time off is very poor.
