Pros

Pay, benefits, and bonuses. PTO time is amazing! It’s been there for me, and I’ve been sick lately a lot. And frontier has got my back when it comes to this. The job can be hard, but when done correctly it can be rewarding. With the correct knowledge, you can answer all questions, and have the room to sell products, which will in return help yourself out as well.

Cons

Busy. Sometimes it’s hard to follow back up with customers as quickly as I would like. But, I do advise them before giving out my extension. The call volume is very heavy.
