Family work environment, great training, work from home opportunities, equal opportunity employer.

Cons

Poor business making decisions and little accountability from upper management was killing the company. Poor service to end-user customers. Forced sales on IT reps.

Horrible leadership Micro management Bullying and Harrassment Deceptive practices Unethical and Abuse of Power Started working at GTE in 1997.. . then sold to Verizon... then to Frontier. I worked for this company22yrs. Frontier is a disaster. It completely declined in every aspect. The service it provides is the worst from the customer service, the products and service to the treatment of the employees.
