Frontiers motto for us is “don’t go it alone” but all to often I find myself being shuffled around from one call center to another because nobody seems to know how to do they’re jobs or what their job titles are. I also find myself fighting with the company about getting jobs dispatched to us, currently we get one job at a time and I could be driving back and fourth all day it seems the majority of my day is spent driving back to an office I have already visited. Support is a joke my manager is a yes man he only tells us what we want to hear and is unable to assist us in anything. My truck caught on fire.... not a word from management on what to do so I’ve been driving a truck that has been through a decent sized fire and I’ve emailed my manager about it multiple times but crickets is all I hear. This company is being run like North Korea we get told how it’s going to be and we’re disciplined for issues that are out of our control but somehow it becomes our fault.

To name a few.... you have no career advancement unless you are favorite, it doesn't matter how hard you work, or how long you have worked there, recognition by your management is rare. Increased medical costs, cutting 401(k), Only VPs and higher received multiple bonuses with their inflated salaries throughout the year, while there is no bonus or merit increase for any workers under. No work life balance. Has become a negative atmosphere over the years
