Pros

There are none. This is the worst place ever.

Cons

Low pay. Salary equity issues. Horrible compensation plan. Racism and discrimination in the workplace by SVP of sales’ level and above. Horrible sales modules. Keeps talking about a “leaky bucket” but blames everyone for it.
