      Tough Work Environment

      Pros

      Competitive salary, there is challenging work. Many nice people.

      Cons

      The culture form the top down is broken. There is no real support for people, they're asked to do things that they have not been trained for and don't have the resources to do . They are still held accountable when projects don't succeed. There is also a lot of favoritism. This exists everywhere but it seems to be the lead here where advancement is based on being in with the right people.
