      Pros

      Frontier has a large portfolio of solutions that can be sold. It is possible to do well and get paid for it.

      Cons

      Don't expect to receive any direction. There's almost no consistent communication in this communications company. There is a tremendous about of fear about the future of the company.

      Good pay and benefits....for now.

      Cons

      Too small to be a big company and too big to be a small company. This company is in over it's head. No one takes ownership or cares about about anything because there is no process or structure whatsoever. It's also next to impossible to get answers from management....though it's not their fault because the farther up the chain you go, the more BS you hear from the top. Each department seems to have it's own issues and an infectious "I don't care" attitude.
