Company is comfortable with not showing up for installs and repairs... antiquated systems which allow mismatched promotions to be put on customers accounts which they're promised but will never see... no order confirmation sent to customers... It is not uncommon to have customers missed multiple times for installs... We sell dsl which often isnt available wasting customers time No interest department cooperation or sense of urgency Too many offline non customer facing representatives who could care less because they don't deal with customers....
