Friendly and family environment with opportunities to learn different skills.

Cons

Frontier is very unstable with policy changes and finances at the moment. There have been may layoffs and cuts to budgets and pay for everyone.

Upper managements lack of knowledge of the industry, out of date operating systems, sales before service attitude and overall ineptitude.

Pros

Salary and bonus, vacation time off, position was enjoyable based on groups supported. Many people were seasoned employees so could always touch base on ideas when required. The systems were the best ever and not labor intensive like other companies as this co had essbase

Cons

Worked long hours and then position was eliminated due to CONSTANT downsizing and restructure after the Verizon acquisition. Constant turnover related to the CFO position because the company was doing so poorly
