Pros
Mostly good people lower/middle management. New hires get 20 days PTO.
Cons
CEO and CTO are completely clueless and couldn't run a coffee maker. Company is bleeding profusely and has an unsustainable business/revenue model. Annual bonuses were stripped away from middle management with no advanced notice in 2017. Great employees leaving in droves and not being back-filled. Company has very little capital to improve network to compete for new customers. Stock price is abysmal and going nowhere but down (after 1:15 reverse split). This company is circling the drain.
