Pros

Good people, good training program if needed. Local company with flexible hours and shift swaps.

Cons

Some mandatory overtime, position was played up to be tech support, but really was a sales position at the same time, and even became more just about sales.

the CEO was completely clueless on what really happened in the call centers. When she came around we were all on eggshells.
