Pros

good steady work, for decent pay and benefits. plenty of work and the company seems to grow yearly

Cons

growing too fast, software is a little outdated and i do no think can hold the amoutn of reps on the network. raises could be better this is the only company that i have worked for that only gives you from fice cents to 15 cents raise each year.which even at 15 cents it is not enough to even call it a raise

Good Pay...with a compensation plan tha makes sense most of the time.

Cons

The "Culture" of the company is the biggest hurdle as the Region Management seem to have a "Squirrel" mentality on a week to week basis. New management is always playing catch up to understand how the company functions. Too many "regional" support systems and procedures that have no focus on Customer Satisfaction.
