there really were no pro's

Cons

these people had no clue what they were doing. they turned off service to existing customers and blocked the sales reps from finding what happened.

They are trying a process that allows employees to provide feedback to improve processes in the company.

Cons

Doesn't hire and will work a skelton crew to death, when customers would greatly improve their experience if they doubled the workforce.
