Pros

You can really make your own paycheck, overtime is generally available all the time, or you can just work your 40 and go home. 2 weeks vacation to start, excused work days, sick time, full benefits package.

Cons

We work weekends and holidays. If you have any errors, corrections or problems with installs, it’s an absolute nightmare to get another internal group to assist. Most all other departments have been outsourced, the company wants you to use Digibot chats for assistance.

Good benefits, however the raise you receive is negated by the increase in healthcare.

Cons

No work life balance. Company no longer cares about employees and outsourcing jobs. Management is incompetent.
