      When you're actually able to help people

      Cons

      Tools are horrible, micromanaged, techs don't show, they overcharge people, people take off work for techs to show up that never show. They charge people to install modems that could easily be self installed. Back to back calls while still trying to type notes in from previous call

      Pros

      Building great relationships with co-workers.

      Cons

      Toxic. Micro-managers and poor leadership. Never-ending lay-offs. Low salary. Poor benefits. Lake of customer focus and making sales are obstacle courses with the ownership placed on the customer or sales rep. Competing priorities and mismanagement of change.

      Growth Company on the move delivering Gigabit internet

      Excellent business model. Clear vision of what needs to be done to become the leader in delivering Gigabit internet across the U.S. Great group of professionals. Good, supportive corporate culture. Caveat: See cons.

      Cons

      Culture is somewhat leftist with woke programs based on the flawed theories of Critical Theory and and a failure to understand/address the negative impacts of their approach to their DEI programs.
