Pros

The employees are great to work with and the pay was good. The benefits are ok but expensive. Thats all.

Cons

From the CEO down they have no idea how to run a company. They are firing great employees in outer markets because they screwed their selves on the Verizon acquisition.

Pros

None. It has steadily gone down since Frontier took over.

Cons

Very poor management, has no idea what a communications company does. The software is 40 + years old and trying to continually patch it to make it up to date never works. It slows to a crawl everyday, or crashes. Unable to provide service to their customers or techs . They Rob their employees pay checks to fatten their bonuses. Constant forced overtime, No family/work balance that management hypes as a company value. Total refusal to give any real training to their employees, so orders have to redone several times.

The pay isn't bad. If given the tools and resources to achieve targets and goals it would be a good place to work.

Cons

The senior leadership will say/ promise what they believe the customers want to hear. Then demand it be accomplished without providing the tools to make it happen.
