was a good place to work until Frontier took it over. You are only a number and they will drop you in a heartbeat.

Pros

Can't really think of any. Bonuses were nice until they cut them with a weeks notice after working hard all year expecting one.

Cons

plan on being worked way more than 40 hours if your salary. Don't count on a bonus they cut those too. A week before people were supposed to get them we were told they weren't being paid. Nice slap in the face.
