Company is very disorganized and for a communication company there is lack of communication between the departments from upper management on down. Never felt secure in whether the company would still be in business from one year to the next. There is lack of training and if assistance is needed the supervisor directed you to one of your peers. If you were not in their clique help was not given freely. If you make a mistake instead management bringing this to your attention when it happens, but will advise you of this months down the line as verbal warning or write up.

Your job is always on the line, always scrutinized. And the way your calls are routed changes, but your performance standards don't. For example, you could be put in a collections queue and still be expected to maintain a level of sales as if you had sales queue.
