Terrible Company

Pros

Immediate Coworkers are mostly good and enjoyable company

Cons

Management has no clue. Most of the people above manager level (i.e. director and up) are a bunch of yes men passing off work that was past off to them from up on high. CEO has, in 4 years, destroyed an otherwise profitable company and somehow not been ousted. Currently targeting non-union centers for easy closures and layoffs

Pros

Commission, peers, employee discount, diverse work environment and training are all very good.

Cons

Base pay/salary should be higher at the entry level. $12.50/hr to take 25+ calls per day from irate customers dealing with promos falling off (this should be a call for promotions department), billing screwups (this should be call for billing dept), techs contradicting reps when they visit a customer's house, etc on top of the normal customer service/retention duties. You're expedited to be play the calls where they land and help every single customer even when it's not in your job description. You're basically doing someone else's job and yours for $12.50/hr to start. It should be higher.
