Great place to work prior to the acquisition of CA, TX, and FL territories

Cons

Poor leadership, poor communications with downstream leader, union employees running the firm and dragging their feet thus the poor customer experience.

If I could give a -0 rating I would. Do you know that you have to pay through a full billing cycle to cancel your account. No matter what day you turn off service you have to pay a full month. They do not prorate cancellations!!! How they can ethically do this I don't know but I will never allow them in my home again....disgusted with Frontier!!! SHAME ON YOU FRONTIER!
