Pay is decent because of union contract negotiated while still part of Verizon Some good people in most departments/ nonmanagement

Cons

Same poor supervisors that were part of Verizon This department is so cliquish/ Supervisors play the fave game so only a portion of the agents is doing the grunt work the rest walk around

Terrible commission structure, Management makes poor decisions, customer service does nothing, sales has to project manage the project managers, billing is always wrong, order entry/flow is cumbersome, sales engineers are basically data entry, limited technology, no accountability.

At the moment, the pay is still good. Not sure if that is expected to change. Opportunities to move to different positions are still available.

Cons

Since the acquisition of Verizon Fios in the state of Florida, there has been a somber feel in the office. Changes were expected, however, many do not feel valued anymore.
