lots of different shifts to pick from one you get seniority. pay is decent.

Cons

if you start making too much money, they say you have to take a pay cut or you might lose your job to out sourcing when you try to unionize

Pros

Good workers, and employees that want to make it right. Good focus on getting it right for the customer. Improvements being made to the networks.

Cons

Since Frontier acquired the Verizon assets in California/Texas/Florida there are a lot of inherited network and infrastructure problems that need to be fixed - alas, there is not enough capital to go around. So it's going to be a tough couple of years trying to make do with the capital and assets that are available.
