Good Director level leadership, good working teams even with the lack of salary treatment

Cons

Executive leadership has no view of lower level work functions and conditions. Communcation is top down without any attempt to include mid level management. Company lacks due diligence for important decisions. Continue to fail to provide adequate salary treatment for low level exempt workers.
