Pros

Working at Frontier as a Talent Specialist has been both challenging and rewarding. The work is fast-paced and high-impact, you really feel like you're contributing to the growth of the business and shaping the future workforce. I’ve had the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, improve recruiting processes, and get hands-on with meaningful projects. Leadership, especially within the Talent Acquisition team, is supportive and transparent. There’s a clear focus on driving results while also recognizing the importance of collaboration and team morale.

Cons

Like many fast-moving organizations, change happens quickly, and priorities can shift with little notice. You have to be adaptable and comfortable navigating some ambiguity. More structure around career pathing and internal mobility would be helpful for long-term growth.
