Fantastic pay for work. Good people on most of the teams

Cons

Starts projects and stops halfway never to return Teams get assigned jobs that they should not have No communication between teams Management of many teams don't know what their team does Docs are YEARS old with out dated info, when asked to provide updated info they don't provide and ignore follow up
