Pros

Pay is fair and benefits are excellent. Work at home and have great support for working in the Fraud department from all parts of the company. This is the first company I have worked for that considered it's people to be extremely important. They actually treat us like people and not numbers. Senior leadership is very accommodating and responsive. This is the first company that has bought properties from Verizon and did not go belly up in 2 or 3 years. Think that says a lot for our senior leadership. Excellent career opportunities and a very relaxed work environment.

Cons

Working at home does not let you see your work friends nearly as often as you would like.

Working environment is great; salary and benefits are good; people are great to work with; manager is supportive and coaches employees for the success of the team. Work has variety, so don't do the same thing every day. Company is focused on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Fast-paced environment could be seen as negative, but employees embrace the environment.
