Pros

Excellent benefits, great coworkers, ability to work from home, daily incentive to sell, friendly and accommodating immediate supervisors, decent vacation time

Cons

Rigorous sales goals, highly stressful, poor shift selection, more about making a sale then helping the customer, timed calls, low percentage for commission, low side of scale for wages

Pros

Even with the take backs in recent bargaining it is still a somewhat competitive wage for a troubled economy

Cons

Middle management is defunct... Human Resourses is defunct... Safety is an after thought... management has fostered a work environment that pits craft employees against each other with favoritism and nepotism. Transferring or job promotion is done by favoritism if at all.

Pros

No pros other than the PTO time that is given but you will not have time to use. On a personal level, te location is close to home so there is not a far commute.

Cons

The company needs an entire overhaul. There are too many executives and not enough workers to do quality work. And as with every other year, workers were laid off again in the last quarter. There is no work life balance what so ever. Raises are slim. No bonuses. No incentive given.
