they let us work from home during the pandemic

Cons

micromanaging, doesn't listen to customer needs, dont care if you stay or go, they change your pay without notice, used to have us work 12 hrs a day without a choice. Forced us to work OT. reported a manager to HR for years and they never fired the manager. They made all the top managers from our office move to another state then fired them less than 2 years later and moved operations overseas for cheaper labor. Renegotiated our union contract and raised our health insurance. So I quit reported them to Indiana workforce and unemployment forced them to pay me 10,000
