Good people, difficult to thrive in highly competitive marketplace

Compelling , ever evolving product category ; opportunity to work with smart, dedicated people.

Cons

The resources needed to be competitive in the telecom industry always seem just out of reach for Frontier , leading to continual restructuring, layoffs, and new executive management . Constant turmoil.
