Pros

right now the benefits but we are all going to see that change. Leadership is a joke none of the first lines or GM's have ever done this jobs

Cons

Management in whole, very sales driven yet does not think things through to realize umm this isn't going to work after the fact. No reason to try to go to management as you lose pay , and benefits. Most of the supervisors haven't put a full day in years.

High expectations with little rewards

Pros

The people on the front lines are hard working and dedicated. Most of the first line supervisors understand the issues and are committed to care.

Cons

Anyone over a manager-level is completely brainwashed with company propaganda and is unable to speak their minds without fear of losing their jobs. Mangers have been fired for asking questions that tick off the CEO.

Good salary, reasonable benefits. People one interacts with at the Director level and below.

Poor senior management (SLT); too much tactical focus, not strategic engagement!
