Pros

Good pay for area that's it.

Cons

First the company has to few service technicians to keep up with the work load in the summer our customers go up to two weeks of not having there problem fix due to lack of people. But they expect you sell as much as possible even though we don't have time to install. Our benefits keep getting worse each contract they take more and more away and we try to vote it down they come around with letters basically telling us people will be laid off. Worse of all is with the leadership we have the company will not be around long enough for me to retire. It's a wonderful feeling waiting for the axe to fall on you for someone else's incompetence at their job.

Pros

The pay is good and I love working with the public

Cons

the communication between management and workers is non existent, whilst management takes in bigger bonuses and higher pay they expect the rank and file to make less and do more. every promise they have ever made to us they have broken. they see us as an expense and not a asset.

Pros

Pay is wonderful, benefits were but they've made it clear we don't deserve them anymore and will lose them. First and second level managers try.

Cons

Upper level management is only concerned with closing out new orders to show capital and impress the shareholders, they do not let us work on customers that are out of service for weeks after they lose dialtone. Instead of allowing us to service our customers they cut off all overtime and wait until the load builds to a point when they force us to come in on weekends. They say they are a company that cares about your time at home, but this week alone there are 5-7 people forced to work my area from another. They're pulled from their daily lives and families to drive two hundred miles. Frontier pays hundreds of dollars for their overtime, travel, vehicle wear and tear, and hotel/food when they could have spent a fraction of that cost by allowing us the overtime for the past two weeks to manage our load. Poor upper management, poor customer service, poor excuse for a fortune 500 company.
