Pros

If unemployment is your only option, this is a great place to be. If you don't care about your professional relationships, or your customer base - this is the place for you.

Cons

The company has significant operational issues: Tools: Disjointed, outdated systems that don't integrate. Billing and CRM are unreliable, with data duplication and inefficiencies. No useful prospecting tools outside of Google, and AI tools don’t function well. Process: Inefficient workflows; generating agreements and adjusting pricing is cumbersome. Customer support is poor with long wait times and broken AI chat. Quotas: Unrealistic, leading to high turnover. Many reps leave or are fired after failing to meet goals. Leadership: Focused solely on results, with no interest in developing staff. They prefer a "churn and burn" culture and are out of touch with the reality of modern sales cycles. New hires get little support, and are treated with a "sink or swim" attitude while feeding the tenured reps. Support: Outsourced and inconsistent, often abandoning projects mid-way due to layoffs. Customer impact is ignored - "go sell." Sales Process: Nonexistent, and resistant to adopting new methodologies. Territories: Unstructured with frequent changes, favoring top performers. No clear industry expertise. Return to Office: Outdated office environment with ongoing maintenance issues. Diversity/Representation: Still mostly a boys club when it comes to promotion and progression. Get with the times. In short, the company has poor tools, processes, leadership, and support, contributing to high turnover and a chaotic work environment.

Pros

Pay is the only reason to work for frontier

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. Inept managers with no telecom experience hired off the street. Micro manager and punishment is the norm. They don't want to fix anything. Hr and labor relations will retaliate if you complain. Union will not fight for you just takes your money. Word of advise do not work here
