Pros

Pay is pretty decent. Good benefits, some really awesome coworkers. Incentives which can be great. Clean break rooms and offices.

Cons

Frontier is huge in drawing people in with the pay and bonuses (which are nice.) However to have respect from managers or coaches you need to be a top performer. All employees should be treated like humans. I had great performance but I hated seeing that favoritism and others being brought down my snide remarks. My main reason for leaving is the fact that the project and site was so inconsistent and constantly saying something than taking it back. You could never be on the same page. This company is a lot of talk with little to no action or follow through. I found my direct manager to be dishonest whether intentional or not. Also they tell you they value you but don't actually care what you have to say. It's toxic stay away if you can. Not a place to build your career like I originally planned.

Pros

You can do almost anything you want because management is minimal and often remote.

Cons

Managers not being present means projects are often going on auto-pilot with no supervision, few requirements, no planning. Last minute rush is the norm. Some completed projects just sit around for months to be reviewed. Other projects can't start because approvals are needed, but the either noone knows who needs to approve or they are so removed that it might take a half year for anything to happen. Employees keep to themselves both on professional and personal level. Employees keep their knowledge to themselves about how things work and it is extremely difficult to figure out how things really work.

Pros

Benefits PTO good co-workers hours are reasonable (if you have seniority)

Cons

Where do I begin. Lets see, how about no floor support especially in the mornings, system issues every single day, constantly micromanaged when you're on a call, only focuses on sales and not as focused on customer service. No opportunities for advancement unless the supervisors decide to pick favorites. Constant overtime, no flexibility as far as taking pto on the day you want, you have to put in for it at least a month in advance. If you're sick, even with doctors note, it is still counted against you. It is a dead end job and you will regret it. Btw, I am not a disgruntled employee but when your employer is trying to appeal your decision to take away your unemployment and take away the right to earn a living while you are searching for another job, one can't help to be upset and frustrated
