Great IF you are Black......

Pros

Steady hours, break room, TV.

Cons

Where do I start......huuummmm. How about the great promises that were made when we started training, then evaporated once we began to see the bias and "Old boy network" designed for blacks. There is a overwhelming majority of black CSR workers at Frontier, and they really look out for each other! From the "Call Tree" favoring black workers for sales calls, and others getting Billing and trouble calls constantly. Evidently "they" started with a $15 per hour salary, while the rest of us started at $12. coaches are hard to find when you need help, commissions structure was presented in training, and then changed when we started calls. You always have calls coming in, and most are angry customers who say Frontier service sucks. Rules are VERY strict, you are tied into your desk and calls except for 2 15 min breaks and 30 min lunch.
