Pros

Management used to care about us. One manager would come around every day to say hi. I would get balloons for every good survey I got. I don't anymore though. I think they ran out of helium or something. Base pay and Incentives are pretty good and the time off is good.

Cons

New management just wants to write everybody up. The culture has changed and isn't fun anymore. Nobody cares anymore.

Pros

Great job if you have no experience in IT or within a call center. its a good place to start. If you do on the other hand its a joke. They will low-ball your pay from day one while adding more responsibility as time goes on. You have to do something really bad to actually get fired once hired on. If your motivated you can meet the Pay For Performance metrics for the most part.

Cons

Working with Pay For Performance, the company constantly changes the metrics to assure they do not have to pay employees by making the goals higher You will never be warned when your metrics that determine your pay will be changed and they will be changed frequently Management on all levels within the call center is a joke! Consistently promoting highly overqualified candidates with little to no education on the idea that this is the best job they will ever have so there is no chance of them leaving. The culture that is within the Frontier for their customer service department is to slam and cram customers and when customers become aware of the false charges the customer service reps always pass the buck.
