I honestly have no pros about working here. The people I worked with were enjoyable but that’s not because of frontier. We confided in each other because this place is terrible for your overall well being.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement. Put you on projects and deem it as “great experience but don’t pay you for the higher up work you are doing. Will just throw you back on the phones when they need to make up for lost labor.
