Remote Position, that's all I can say is positive.

Cons

The worst company culture I've ever seen in my 15+ years in sales, no one is willing help, people are promoted based on how well they "go along". The sales process is horrendous once a sale is sold it falls into a black hole where the rep that sold the deal has to go back and handhold the install. Never have I ever seen so much unorganized chaos.

New CEO seems like he knows what he's doing

Cons

Poor management - middle management - leftovers from the old Frontier is just old fashioned. Really poor Pay, you are underpaid by 20k - 30k for similar positions world-wide. Benefits are run of the mill, nothing exceptional, employees just received a 3% raise across the board - but not even worth it. Just avoid and find a new company that respects your experience and will pay your value.
