      Pros

      I've never had a company who supported my education so much as this one does. Every semester, my class schedule would change and this company would change my work schedule to work around my classes. I've gotten at least 1 raise a year. A great amount PTO, which I gladly use up :) Tons of opportunities for advancement. All around a great place to work. I also am able to work at home since I've had problems with my drivers license.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't that great. I really wish they would be able to get better benefits since they are such a big company.

      all the people I have worked with on various projects are helpful, I fill the company is heading in the right direction. the company is committed on the training that will provide the knowledge to perform all task needed to efficently do my job and is improving daily. Although There is room for growth, however at this time I like the work I do and look forward to coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      the company could be a little more organized in what direction we want to pursue.

      Frontier values me as an employee! Great pay, excellent medical benefits, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, PTO, work at home

      Cons

      None! I've been with Frontier over 7 years and since day one I've received nothing but support, dedication, and career advancement from this company.
