Pros

Frontier has shown that it considers their customers and their employees equally important. Their Local Engagement model is great for the rural environment that they primarily serve. They have brought High Speed internet to rural America and real competitive pricing along with them.

Cons

None that I can see.

Frontier is a great company to work for with tremendous resources for improving products and services for both residential and commercial customers. There is always encouragement for innovation and improvement.

Cons

Very fast-paced and competitive environment. Must be capable of multi-tasking.

Treated fairly and valued if you put yourself into it and work hard. Not for those that want to sit back and let others take care of their needs. You do have to step up if you need something. Be creative and help the Company stay strong and move forward.

Cons

Not competitive with other Companies on early retirement offers vs. just laying people off. Early outs save jobs for those that really need them.
