Pros

Great benefits, competitive wages especially for the area.

Cons

Company is in debt due to poor decisions thus all opportunity for advancement is gone as well as all compensation. Management acts very political and has been accused of showing favoritism at times.

Pros

I don't know why they make you put pros but with Frontier Comm there aren't any pros to working for Frontier Comm.

Cons

Impossible to list all of them but the main ones are VP-level leaders don't let anyone beneath them make decisions, they don't care about customers, and they don't want to spend money to fix problems.

Pros

Commission was nice. Dental/Vision were very good.

Cons

None of their systems work on a constant basis. Records go missing. No one calls customers back because you are pushed so hard to make sales. Trainer didn't teach much that was relevant to the job.
